  • Use of force legislation and self defence
  • Communication/defusing models (LEAPS, Betaris Box, Five step Appeal)
  • Non-aggressive postures
  • Distance –action v reaction.
  • Physical/improvised barriers– desk, chair etc
  • Escape routes, layout of room etc
  • Reflection and reporting

Course duration: 2 days

On completion of the conflict management training course delegates will receive an ml ferris associates Certificate of Attendance.
